The top of the Salming Eagle 2 model consists of a two-layer construction. The first layer consists of a functional knit that provides comfort and at the same time ensures excellent breathability. The second of the layers is combined and two-thirds of it consists of an ideal solid layer of PU leather, which primarily has the task of stabilizing the foot in the shoe. A layer of flexible KPU material is continuously connected to it in the front part, which increases the durability of this indoor model, especially in the tip.

The damping of the Salming Eagle 2 heads is provided by a specially developed D3O™ damping compound. This material has really great cushioning properties, especially for impacts on the heel of the foot.
